Our rentals differ from the full service rental companies because we carry unique items that are vintage, sourced from around the globe, and handcrafted— pieces that you most likely won’t find anywhere else. Although we carry larger quantities of some objects, you won’t find a ton of mass quantity items in our warehouse. We have the ability to design with pieces from different time periods to create a cohesive look or arrange a certain style you may want featured throughout the event. However, the biggest reason we are unique in the rental industry is our southern roots; it has shaped who we are as a company and the hand picked goods we choose to collect.

There are multiple options to begin the proposal process.
You can simply fill out a wishlist though our website, request for a quote by sending in the contact form on our site, or call + email us at (713) 203-9970 | email@example.com.
First we will make sure those items are available for your event date and time— if not, we can draw up a similar proposal. Once your proposal is made for you, we will hold the items for 2 weeks. If you choose to move forward, we then ask that you schedule an in-person consultation at an agreed upon location. We merely enjoy visiting with others and want to fully grasp the vision you have of your event. Meeting in-person gives us the ability to help our clients curate staged ideas for their event that they may not have thought of themselves’. Besides, we just prefer to engage with our clients on a more personable basis. If your schedule doesn’t allow for you to visit us, no worries. We can easily communicate through email + phone.
After you sign our contract + give a credit card to keep on file, we accept a 50% non-refundable deposit and you will officially become a part of our staged family.
We require the balance to be paid 30 days prior to your event date.
There sure is! We accept orders of $300 and more for our rentals, which does not include our damage, delivery, and administrative fees.
Currently we are able to cater to Houston and surrounding areas within a 90 mile radius from our warehouse. Delivery cost varies based on the quantity + selection of rental items and the event location.

We are glad you asked. Unfortunately, we do not allow personal pick up of any items. Our professional team manages the transport of all of our pieces that way they are handled with proper care and clients can fully rest assured knowing their rentals will be delivered promptly + without damage.
You sure can! You have 90 days out from your event date to make any changes of equal or greater value. If you are within 90 days we allow rental additions only. *Our goal is to accommodate our client, however some pieces may already be rented for that date. Any changes or additional rentals will be based on what is available for that specific date and time.
Seasons change and so do our needs, we understand that you may not be able to fulfill your staged contract. We honor written cancellations 60 days prior to your event date. The remaining balance will not be charged if cancelled before the 60 day mark. Any event cancelled within 60 days, we retain the full order amount. *Please note that all 50% deposits are non-refundable.
Accidents are bound to happen. In our contract we place a 10% damage waiver for that very reason. However, if items are damaged due to negligence and we are no longer able to keep will them in our inventory, you will be charged 5x the rental rate or the actual replacement cost of that item.
